Wednesday, December 10, 1997 -- Gluek's Holiday Gathering. Join other Dartmouth faithful to celebrate the holiday season and ring in the New Year. Tickets at the door cost $10 ($5 for duespayers). November 1, 1997 -- Homecoming game against Harvard telecast at Billy's Lighthouse in Long Lake.

October, 1997 -- A group of ardent football fans turned out in early October at T. Wrights in Wayzata to cheer on the big green gridders against Cornell. Making the event even more unique was that we were joined by a number of Cornell alums.

August ??, 1997 -- St. Paul Saints baseball game Just like last year we will buy about 50 tickets to one of the games, have a tailgate ahead of time, charge about $10 a head. The mailing will go out in July for this one, so watch for it.

Saturday, July 26, 1997 --Family picnic at Joan and Rich Baker's house. Picnic from 2:00 p.m. until whenever people head home. BBQ with beer, wine, soda, all the fixin's, volleyball, swimming, boating, games. Cost is $5 a head. Call Anne Lawler '86 at 473-2070 for more info. Information should be arriving in the mail in the next week or two.

Monday, July 7, 1997 -- Scholarship Golf Outing. This will take place at Bent Creek Golf Course. Cost is $80. Golf starts at noon. Call Doug Fulton '85 at 337-9772 (w) for more details. More info is coming out in a mailing that will arrive in the next week or so.

April 5, 1997 -- Volunteer painting at a local Minneapolis homeless shelter.

April 24, 1997 -- Annual Dinner at Calhoun Beach Club with Gary Gilson '57 of the Minnesota News Council as speaker. Watch for pictures!

Saturday, February 8, 1997 --  Dartmouth Alumni Seminar, "Ethical Dilemmas"
Dartmouth Professor Ronald M. Green and fellow alums discussed "How and why do people decide to do what they do?
Professor Ronald Green began with the basic guidlines, "Four P's of Business Ethics," for addressing diverse ethical issues. He will then take you through a series of four cases for discussion: "The Roger Berg Story," "General Patton," "Foreign Assignment," and "The Parable of the Sadhu." The discussion will be highly interactive, as you deal with a variety of real-life problems confronted by a variety of people. Professor Green's enthusiasm, energy, and sheer enjoyment of getting everyone in the room involved are renowned.
8:30 - 4:30, Saturday, February 8th, 1997 at the University of Minnesota's Coffman Memorial Union. Course fee is $30 per person, except $20 per person for members of the Classes of 1987-1996 and for guests of alumni(ae).

January 19, 1997 -- Lake of the Isles Ice Skating and XC Skiing Party
Sharpen your skates, wax your skis, grab the kids, and come join the Dartmouth club of the Midwest as we celebrate winter. Come enjoy a fun filled afternoon of ice skating and cross country skiing around the Occom Pond of the west.
Saturday, January 19, 1997 from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. at Lake of the Isles skating area, West 25th Street and East Lake of the Isles Parkway, Minneapolis. Coffee by Caribou Coffee, cocoa and cookies provided. All ages included. Bring your own gear. Cost is $5 for adults, kids under 18 are free.
